I have worked with SalliAnne over the last 5 years as a professional leadership coach. I have relied on SalliAnne Maliguine’s leadership coaching for over five years of my career as a senior leader in state government. During this time, I advanced from a middle manager overseeing 17 staff to an executive role responsible for over 100 staff.
SalliAnne spent a lot of quality time with me, and her approach provides structure and accountability. I have found that traditional leadership courses or trainings commonly result in leaders completing the course with good intentions to try out new practices but fail to implement them, as they easily fall back into the busy flow of regular work.
